Sales Associate:
A Sales Associate performs services on behalf of another for compensation under the direction of a broker. A Sales Associate may not open their own office.

A Sales Associate may specialize in any of the following areas:

• Residential
• Commercial
• Property Management
• Business Brokerage
• Time Share

The Sales Associate course will cover the following areas:

• State Law F.S. 475
• Estates & Tenancies
• Deeds
• Contracts and much much more !!

Sales associate requirements are as follows:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Enroll and pass the state approved 63 hour Sales Associate course
• Take the required state exam and pass with a minimum score of 75
• Complete the state application (Notarized) and submit it to the Division of Real Estate along with your fingerprints and appropriate fees. The fee for the Sales Associate state application is $105.00
